Dr. Driscoll went above and beyond to get me the quickest appointment. He arranged for me to go the next day to Tomah-told me exactly what was going to happen and even went with me to set up the appointment. Everyone in lacrosse and tomah were wonderful. It all gave me so much hope-thank you!!

My experience with Dr. Driscoll was way above average. It was just fabulous. He made me feel really confident in his skills and knowledge and at ease and just it was really nice. I felt cared for. Thank you.

Dr. Driscoll is very good. My Chart does not seem to be as efficient as it was before you changed organizations.

The team listened to me, answered my questions and made me feel comfortable with how things will happen. I'm still unsure about the outcome but they all tried to ease my fears. Truth is what I have asked for and they have given me that to the best of their ability.

I did not need social services nor financial counseling, you should make better clarity what those appointments involved and I would have forgone that time.

Communication between service providers and patients is often poor. Too much telephone tag. When I call the department I need, I always get the voicemail after being on hold for too long. Once, I sat for 53 minutes on hold and still had to leave the call to ask for a callback, which did not happen promptly. To hear things are busy and an apology for the wait is no comfort. You need to have a nurse assigned to handle calls only. I'm sure others are also having issues with this, and it is no way to handle patients.

I will fill out the check in summary once. I will not do it for every appt. I am now a cancer patient and don't plan on spending time on this.

Dr. Driscoll and the whole crew are simply the best. Careful, caring, professional -with senses of humor- and working together as a team in the best sense of the word. Thanks!
