In my chart, I don't like hat II have to continuously look back onto my email to get a six digit number in order to get onto my Mychart. I can see you doing that occasionally, but not every time! Very aggravating!

Great Staff, Very Professional!!

Colin really took his time with me - pulling up my x-rays, explaining the mechanics of the new knee implant, going over complications that can occur following two total knee revisions, answering my medication questions, etc. He didn't sugarcoat anything but was very realistic in terms of long-term outcomes.

I have been to the Viroqua clinic several times and Colin has seen Colin several times in the past! I recommended my whole family to the clinic and several have already went there to orthopedics! Colin explains everything very thoroughly. I trust his diagnostic experience!

Not a problem just an out of touch person ,felt very impersonal . Didn't give me confidence but I wasn't there for her care .

When checking in for the X-ray prior to appointment, check in person was very rude demanding a co-payment of $85, I asked to be billed and she said it was mandatory to pay the co-pay. I requested to be billed again, she still wanted the co-payment. The problem with this is my co-pay is not $85 and is only $10. I wasn't going to go thru the hassle of getting the difference paid back to me and insisting again to bill me. This is not the first time having this issue! Hopefully you can get this resolved.

Was the best experience i had, not knowing what to expect as i had a knee done years ago and could only go off that. The pre appt for the knee to be less pain and shots before the surgery to have less pain Helped immensely. And I would recommend this team to anyone going in for surgery.

He was very considerate and caring and listened to all my questions. He actually had them print out what we had talked about during the day, what to do if I had more concerns, what to do if my incisions started weeping or I had concerns about things. So I felt really good that I knew what to do if something changed in my situation and numbers I could call. And so it was a great experience and my surgery has gone really well and the recovery is going very well. Thank you.

i have no use for My Chart. It has not worked for me and i land up giving up with computer use. I get locked out as i may have entered what i thought was the correct password, it's a ridulous process to even try to get into my or my husbands "my chart". It is NOT USER FRIENDLY

I do not like Emplifys email check ins. I do not like getting a number to check into the site. I preferred Gundersens old way .

Appointment was for injection in my knee Colin explained long range plan and -when asked about sciatic pain -in my hip-Colin was very helpful with simple explanation-much appreciated!

I ended up getting, um, uh, what do you call it, a rash, and the doctor first didn't know if he should give me the shot in my knee, and then he suggested another way that he could do it. So, he did it the other way, and he did it, it worked fine, he did a good job with that. So, anyway, it all worked out okay. Alright, bye.

X rays were part of the appt but when scheduling called they said no more imaging was required. I just happened to notice the X-ray request in mychart when I did check-in and got there early for those. Btw, Great x-ray facility and technician.

Colin listened and seemed to understand my problems. He offered assurance that he would help me and didn't make fun of me like dr layman did. In regards to your reminders thru text AND email... quit STALKING me for week+ ahead 2-3 times a day! The "are you here" is so dumb too...especially when I get that prompt 2-3 days ahead too. Does not change checking in cause they still have to ask all those questions! DUH!!
