Everything went good

Very kind staff. Things seemed a little disorganized from check in, then needing x rays twice, then a nurse who couldn't apply the splint and needed help from me and eventually another nurse. Again, all staff were sweet, respectful and courteous. Just a few bumps

Yes, I'd like to especially say that all the people that I associated with at the Vernon Memorial Hospital were very good and Colin was exceptionally good. I appreciate him. He spent time with me and explained everything in detail and I couldn't say anything better than that he did an excellent job and I'm very happy and actually I'm always happy. All my acquaintances and experiences with Vernon Memorial have been very positive. So thank you so much.

Had to wait twice at the front desk for a receptionist and could see and hear them visiting behind the window not talking business either and talking about another patient while I was in the waiting area and not a good way

This is my third replacement, 2 hips and 1 knee. I can't express myself enough on how fortunate I am to have had outstanding care for pre and post surgery. Everyone involved are simply awesome. Thank you.

The experience was wonderful. The check-in was quick. My x-ray, the girl was fabulous. I really enjoyed the whole experience as everyone was very friendly and it just all went very smoothly. I was very impressed. Thank you.

Colin was more concerned and interested about my other leg injury than anyone else that I had seen and has dealt with it !

Everyone is nice and friendly. Also, everyone was efficient and I had xrays and a doctor appt . From start to finish it was less than 45 minutes.

I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and competence of the clinic and hospital staff in Viroqua. From the lab, exray, reception, nurses to the physicians. They truly have made the process of knee replacement smooth and as comfortable as possible. I am very grateful.

In my chart, I don't like hat II have to continuously look back onto my email to get a six digit number in order to get onto my Mychart. I can see you doing that occasionally, but not every time! Very aggravating!

Great Staff, Very Professional!!

Colin really took his time with me - pulling up my x-rays, explaining the mechanics of the new knee implant, going over complications that can occur following two total knee revisions, answering my medication questions, etc. He didn't sugarcoat anything but was very realistic in terms of long-term outcomes.

I have been to the Viroqua clinic several times and Colin has seen Colin several times in the past! I recommended my whole family to the clinic and several have already went there to orthopedics! Colin explains everything very thoroughly. I trust his diagnostic experience!

Colin was excellent. I've seen him for past care and have comfort and trust . I found the person who took us to the treatment room rather out of touch . Abrupt and patronizing in her manner . Not a problem just an out of touch person ,felt very impersonal . Didn't give me confidence but I wasn't there for her care .

When checking in for the X-ray prior to appointment, check in person was very rude demanding a co-payment of $85, I asked to be billed and she said it was mandatory to pay the co-pay. I requested to be billed again, she still wanted the co-payment. The problem with this is my co-pay is not $85 and is only $10. I wasn't going to go thru the hassle of getting the difference paid back to me and insisting again to bill me. This is not the first time having this issue! Hopefully you can get this resolved.

Was the best experience i had, not knowing what to expect as i had a knee done years ago and could only go off that. The pre appt for the knee to be less pain and shots before the surgery to have less pain Helped immensely. And I would recommend this team to anyone going in for surgery.

He was very considerate and caring and listened to all my questions. He actually had them print out what we had talked about during the day, what to do if I had more concerns, what to do if my incisions started weeping or I had concerns about things. So I felt really good that I knew what to do if something changed in my situation and numbers I could call. And so it was a great experience and my surgery has gone really well and the recovery is going very well. Thank you.
