My experience with both of my appointments yesterday were pleasantly efficient, in regards to promptness, attention and follow through.

Treatment suggestions were made based on patient's advanced age. Nothing else expected.

Dr. Davis treated me horribly. I have a lot of vascular symptoms and already have a diagnosis for another vascular issue by UW Madison. I was sent to him by my pcp to get to the bottom of the other issues thay are able to be treated here locally. Dr. Davis told me he has never heard anyone with the issues I have but to "go live my healthy life" and he believes this will go away. I told him how could he ever say that when he doesnt know why Im experiencing this. He didnt listen to any response I gave. He would ask another question before I had 20 seconds to answer his previous one. Truly a non empathetic, rushed doctor. I begged for testing to rule out what I was send to him for, he finally agreed but made it a point to reiterate over and over "how much it would cost me". He was hands down the only incapable, disrespect provider I have ever seen at Gundersen/Emplify. If my testing is abnormal I will not be following up with him for care. I will be seeking follow up else where. He is everything the medical field does NOT need.

Mr. Clark was very nice, pleasant, and spoke very well of everything, made it very clear to everyone, and I would highly recommend him. I would highly recommend Dr. Clark. Thank you.

Compared to staffs of Onalaska clinic (nurses and receptionists), La Crosse campus has more kind and respectful staffs that I would appreciate very much, although providers at both sites are great.

Knowledgeable and friendly physician that explained my condition to me and any follow up needed.

The MA who roomed me at one point she called me "sir", which wasn't necessary nor did I care for that. She reviewed my list of medications (there were three medications plus a multi-vitamin/multi-mineral supplement). She struggled with pronouncing the names of all three medications. After she finished reviewing the medications, I said those are mouthfuls. She responded by saying, "That's okay." That was strange and didn't make sense. I don't know why she said that. It was as if she reacted as though I was the one trying to pronounce the medication names.

I have always been treated with respect and professionalism.

Dr Davis really listened to me. If I said something hurt he stopped immediately and numbed me up more. That was big for me since I do not like being awake for these types of things. Everyone in the room was real caring and courteous.
