Very informative I'm not sure if I will ever need to speak with vascular again as literally just getting off of my feet and taking it easy has shown a lot of progress in the wound on my leg healing. Literally I feel like the woman who cried wolf x.x

The doctor explained everything going on with my leg. Answered all my questions and the possible steps I need to take.

Dr Clark and his staff are excellent to work with

Dr. Davis and his staff treated me with respect and immediately put me at ease.

The first thing Dr. Davis said upon arriving in the room was, "Are you okay?" He asked it in a strange way and it just seemed odd. It didn't come across as welcoming, friendly or caring. Although I have had appointments and a procedure with Dr. Davis previously, he seemed aloof. I didn't think he was overly interested in what I said and he didn't seem to welcome my questions and points I made. He looked at his phone for some time. It felt like he was looking at texts or doing something different with his phone. Then, eventually, he said he wanted to take a pic. of my right leg.

Good to see Dr. Davis again.

It was a waste of my time and my money driving all the way up there to find out I can't do nothing anyways. I could have done on a phone call.

The whole appointment felt rushed. From the intern to the doctor. I had to ask him about what the ultrasound results meant. I had to ask what is next. His explanation was that they had no idea why I had this condition. I get that not everything has an explanation but it was like he wasn't even trying to interpret what was going on. As I said, I felt like I was being rushed and brushed aside and basically told that they had no idea and to live with it. Not happy.

The doctor took the time to explain my CT scan - what the findings were and what the treatment plan should be. He explained options and listened to me. Answered all my questions and explained the next steps. He was professional- knowledgeable- compassionate. I feel My care is in good hands

Dr. Davis was very thorough and compassionate. He included me in the decisions about my care.

My experience with both of my appointments yesterday were pleasantly efficient, in regards to promptness, attention and follow through.

Treatment suggestions were made based on patient's advanced age. Nothing else expected.

Dr. Davis treated me horribly. I have a lot of vascular symptoms and already have a diagnosis for another vascular issue by UW Madison. I was sent to him by my pcp to get to the bottom of the other issues thay are able to be treated here locally. Dr. Davis told me he has never heard anyone with the issues I have but to "go live my healthy life" and he believes this will go away. I told him how could he ever say that when he doesnt know why Im experiencing this. He didnt listen to any response I gave. He would ask another question before I had 20 seconds to answer his previous one. Truly a non empathetic, rushed doctor. I begged for testing to rule out what I was send to him for, he finally agreed but made it a point to reiterate over and over "how much it would cost me". He was hands down the only incapable, disrespect provider I have ever seen at Gundersen/Emplify. If my testing is abnormal I will not be following up with him for care. I will be seeking follow up else where. He is everything the medical field does NOT need.

Mr. Clark was very nice, pleasant, and spoke very well of everything, made it very clear to everyone, and I would highly recommend him. I would highly recommend Dr. Clark. Thank you.

Compared to staffs of Onalaska clinic (nurses and receptionists), La Crosse campus has more kind and respectful staffs that I would appreciate very much, although providers at both sites are great.

Everyone i dealt with were extremely kind.

I came in with a smile on my face and left with a bigger smile.
