Too many digital platform contacts, it's like alarm fatigue and I just stop looking at them.

Yes, I don't know this visit. I wasn't very satisfied. Seemed like it was extremely quick. He missed a mark on my page. After looking at me over, I brought that up, which he took care of. Just hurried visit.

Very thoughtful, explained every step of the procedure understandably and what to expect after. Very good care

Receptionists & Dr.s assistant were very friendly and helpful!

I was treated very well by everyone and the procedure I had went very smoothly. They informed me of post procedure care, what to expect and what to do if any problems arise.

I felt cared for from the time I made my first phone call until I checked out following the procedure. My questions were answered with respect and I was made to feel as though I could ask anything. I am new to Emplify or Gundersen and am so grateful and happy I am with them. I needed to switch my former health care provider due to relocating and my fears have been resolved with this Emplify experience.

My nurse assistant was awesome. She definitely made me feel comfortable and at ease.

I got an email that test results were available. I was surprised because it wasn't even 24 hours. I went through the steps including the irritating verifying code to see that the summary of my visit was under test results.

In and out pin 15 seconds. Not even time for questions ?

My appointment time was 7:15, but I did not see the dr until almost 8. That seemed a bit long.

The dermatologist found cancer on the end of my nose and sent me to the surgeon to remove it. He got rid of the cancer on the first cut. I'm so thankful for that. Good job...

The digital check-in thing just doesn't seem to work ever...

We had to wait one hour past the schuled time to be seen

my experience yesterday was uncomfortable but the Doctor and his staff were so kind hearted and tried very hard to make me comfortable. Thank you

I arrived on time for my appointment, however they were running very late. I spent about an hour in the waiting room. The front desk did come out to let me know they were running late which was nice. The nurse and doctor also apologized for keeping me waiting. That did make me feel like I was important to them.

Dr. Brown and his staff are just the best.

MyChart bombards me with reminders to my phone and email. I think I figured out how to stop the phone reminders. Also, I answer a trope of the same questions over and over. The answers are all on file. There has to be another way. I appreciate all the info on MyChart and depend on it. I REALLY dislike the constant communication for check in asking for the same information I just provided last week, the week before, the week before, etc.

Wonderful care. Everyone is so kind. All my questions were answered. I never felt hurried.

Well, the doctor was just in and out, but his nurse was absolutely fabulous. And I think she was just wonderful. That's it.

Everything was excellent except for the 1 hour wait in the waiting room. In this day and age it's not acceptable. If you're running late, make it known.

This doctor got all my cancer in 1 scrap, it was on my cheek. The nurse and doctor were both great! Great team

Very good at what he does

Dr Brown's bedside manner does embrace your new name at all. He was flat out rude in his reply to my answer when he asked, "How is your day?" He may have been trying to joke but his cover when it didn't land was worse. He was cold when we meet a year ago but this was another level.

I felt very confident with Dr. Brown and his staff. Everyone was experienced, engaging, kind and helpful. Keep up the good work!

Bad patient rapport

I would like to complement your dermatology department, especially Dr. Clarence Brown and his staff for the treatment that I received and the follow their ability to up the next day. I feel very comfortable with the entire staff, and I appreciate their concern for their patients

I was very satisfied with the visit.

I felt the doctor disregarded my request. I felt like he gave me only one option. He was not friendly When I left the office I was very concerned about the pain I would go through. I really wish I would have had another doctor option for this procedure.

My experience at the Dermatology dept was EXCELLENT in every respect. So far as MY CHART - I can not rate any association with that because I do not use MY chart!

The wait time from my scheduled appointment to seeing the nurse of one hour and forty five minutes is unacceptable.

Doctor was good & to the point.

The doctor seemed nice enough but I felt like an animal being pushed thru a chute...very hurried experience.

My appointment was very short so it didn't give me much time to get to know the provider and his team.

He was kind of rude and made me feel like I was wasting his time.

Very professional and knowledgeable.

First time with this provider and he was only in the room approximately 2 maybe 3 minutes so i really don't know him . The nurse was nice in explaining what to do and giving me some literature to look at.

Along with Dr. Brown, the Nurses did and excellent job.

I know I got into my appt fast and was grateful, but the doctor made me feel like my issue was not urgent and that it should not have been expedited as a referral. I was last appt of the day and maybe he was tired and wanting to leave work, but experience felt a little impersonal. The assistant that helped him was amazing! She explained things to me and made me feel comfortable and heard as a patient, more so than the doctor honestly. But like I said everyone has a day and maybe it was just a long day for him. I just didn't like the feeling of my concern not being urgent or that it shouldn't have required an expedited referral.

Other than the fact that I wasn't called for 30+ minutes after the scheduled appointment, all went well. I was glad to have a book to fill in the time.

Even during the software update everyone was pleasant and helpful.

It always seems that thev staff is in a hurry. Soliciting payment before the appointment, in Mychart, is disgusting. It sometimes feels like patient care is not the main focus.

I receive good care from this provider, Dr Brown.

They were very understanding about how I felt and so very friendly and caring everything went so smooth they were great.

Dr. Brown and staff were great. Using humor to diffuse any anxiety. Would recommend him and his PA anytime.

I realize that the clinic is understaffed which I am sure why I received the results of my Mohl's back at 9:30 AM which was negative, and it took until almost noon before they finished with closure of wounds and release me since they appeared to be treating other patients at the same time. Juggling too many balls at once.

I am very impressed with the whole team. I told them all that everyone was so nice and very supportive. They even told my husband who was in the waiting room everything that was happening.

Great overall experience

I thought that I had to wait a very long time for the appointment start, both in the waiting room and once in the examination room. WhenI asked about the delay, there was mention of "waiting for a room to become available". One reason that this bothered me was because I was forewarned that my operation would last until no more cancer was found. Fortunately, all of the cancer was found on the first cut.
