Doctors should have more time with their patients.

Dr. Brown and the support staff in Onalaska was GREAT! Never when you have spots of cancer removed from your body is ever a painless fun experience, but it is better to have an issue properly diagnosed and treated in a timely manner. Your staff, including Dr. Brown were great to work with, and they followed up with me the next day to see how I was doing and offered to answer questions. Overall, a good experience!

Dr. Brown is very knowledgeable and professional. I didn't notice that the wait time was a little bit extended it seems to be that the department might be understaffed.

Dr. Brown and his nurse were both very nice to deal with. the nurse explained what would happen each step of the procedure and was great when dressing the surgical area. Dr. Brown showed a great demeanor and bedside manner and also a sense of humor. Very good experience-couldn't say anything bad about the entire interaction.

Dr. Brown,s office called the next day to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. Very good follow-up.

Dr. Brown is excellent. I had a long wait, however, that was NOT under his control. He and staff made me understand and made me very comfortable.

Check in was not good we waited over an hour before they figured out that I was not checked in.

Hate mychart. Too hard to use for older generation!! Expect to much out of patients with this.

Care team was wonderful. Front desk receptionist was difficult to work with. I asked for an early appointment to have sutures removed and she explained there was no possible way to do this because they don't do this service in the mornings. I asked if there was any single appointment for this due to work schedule and not being able to take off on such a short notice. She became visibly irritated and unwilling to work around any of this. Not understanding at all of situation.

Nurse assistant was excellent

Both the nurse who prepped me and Dr. Brown were very kind as well as efficient and competent. I was nervous because I'd never had an excision before and wasn't sure what to expect. The whole procedure was painless, every thing was explained to me and I knew what to do with follow-up.

2 hours to get lab results is a long wait sitting in an uncomfortable chair/exam table after being told an hour to 1 1/2 hours would be complete.

My experience was wonderful. Everybody treated me very well. The doctor was excellent. The nurses were great. I just have nothing bad to say. Everything was wonderful and I would recommend them. In fact, I am going to recommend him to my friend who is looking for a new dermatologist because his will be retiring. Thank you very much.

All the staff checking me in and the nurse or whatever she was in the office asking the questions were all very nice. The doctor was very impersonal. I saw him all of three minutes. He explained nothing. He just came in and he did a little freezing of my spot, never explained what it was or whatever. He was just very rude and I did not care for Dr. Brown.

I didn't like Dr. Brown. The procedure he did on my nose was terrible! My friend had him also and she said the same thing. I prefer never to have him touch me again. I can take the bandage off tomorrow. It better be ok. I will be making a formal complaint on him. The rest of the staff was great.

They put me on my stomach and then the doctor took a phone call so I was in that position for too long and it would have been nice if they had come in to explain why.

I was seen much later than my appointment time, but the staff was apologetic about this and treated me with respect and care. I am grateful!

I tried to check in on my chart. I couldn't seem to get all the way through for it to say send

I was requested to be there at 7:45 with my appointment at 8 but I was not seen until 15 minutes after my appointment. At 8:15 I went to the desk and asked if there was an issue and was told they weren't aware of any. But if I would be late 15 minutes I would be told to make another appointment

The nurse I had was very attentive and knowledgeable. She went through every detail with me and answered any questions I had. She was very pleasant. Dr Brown was excellent as well. He explained everything he was doing and was very pleasant as well.

Too many digital platform contacts, it's like alarm fatigue and I just stop looking at them.

Yes, I don't know this visit. I wasn't very satisfied. Seemed like it was extremely quick. He missed a mark on my page. After looking at me over, I brought that up, which he took care of. Just hurried visit.

I felt cared for from the time I made my first phone call until I checked out following the procedure. My questions were answered with respect and I was made to feel as though I could ask anything. I am new to Emplify or Gundersen and am so grateful and happy I am with them. I needed to switch my former health care provider due to relocating and my fears have been resolved with this Emplify experience.

I got an email that test results were available. I was surprised because it wasn't even 24 hours. I went through the steps including the irritating verifying code to see that the summary of my visit was under test results.

My appointment time was 7:15, but I did not see the dr until almost 8. That seemed a bit long.

The dermatologist found cancer on the end of my nose and sent me to the surgeon to remove it. He got rid of the cancer on the first cut. I'm so thankful for that. Good job...

The digital check-in thing just doesn't seem to work ever...

I arrived on time for my appointment, however they were running very late. I spent about an hour in the waiting room. The front desk did come out to let me know they were running late which was nice. The nurse and doctor also apologized for keeping me waiting. That did make me feel like I was important to them.

Dr. Brown and his staff are just the best.

MyChart bombards me with reminders to my phone and email. I think I figured out how to stop the phone reminders. Also, I answer a trope of the same questions over and over. The answers are all on file. There has to be another way. I appreciate all the info on MyChart and depend on it. I REALLY dislike the constant communication for check in asking for the same information I just provided last week, the week before, the week before, etc.

Wonderful care. Everyone is so kind. All my questions were answered. I never felt hurried.

This doctor got all my cancer in 1 scrap, it was on my cheek. The nurse and doctor were both great! Great team

Very good at what he does

Dr Brown's bedside manner does embrace your new name at all. He was flat out rude in his reply to my answer when he asked, "How is your day?" He may have been trying to joke but his cover when it didn't land was worse. He was cold when we meet a year ago but this was another level.

I felt very confident with Dr. Brown and his staff. Everyone was experienced, engaging, kind and helpful. Keep up the good work!

I would like to complement your dermatology department, especially Dr. Clarence Brown and his staff for the treatment that I received and the follow their ability to up the next day. I feel very comfortable with the entire staff, and I appreciate their concern for their patients

I felt the doctor disregarded my request. I felt like he gave me only one option. He was not friendly When I left the office I was very concerned about the pain I would go through. I really wish I would have had another doctor option for this procedure.
