Claire took the time to explain everything to me and was very thorough.

It has been wonderful. I am very satisfied with all.

Claire, was prepared for my visit by looking at my past medical records and we discussed possible outcomes based on health issues I have and she took the time to understand my concerns and what I want as a outcome. We came to a joint conclusion on how to proceed. She said after the completion either she or my surgeon would personally call me to discuss the plans . I feel very comfortable with the discussion and how we will move forward based on my test.

This was a great experience and I would like to see everyone's appointment go like this.

Everyone i dealt with reinsured that the whole team was there to help, it felt nice, like they cared. They wanted me to know they were there for me. The only dept that has ever gone out of their way to make sure that I knew I was in good hands.
