This is unquestionably the best hospital I've ever dealt with in my lifetime. I highly recommend it.

I would say when you have to check out, there was only two people there and about ten people in a line. I stood there for over a half an hour before I got to somebody. That you can improve a lot. Otherwise, I had a great experience with the doctor. Thank you very much.

Cindy is outstanding

The appointment was on time and went well. Dr Gile was very good with my very nervous child. She was able to calm him andale him comfortable for the exam. She is an amazing job.

Apparently my condition is difficult to diagnose, so I left feeling that the situation is inconclusive. Because I've been in pain with it for some time, I'm disheartened that I have to wait a long time again for further consultation.

Physician followed Gundersen Health medical treatments described by me not found in patient records. Physician made notes of medical treatments and family medical history. I am comfortable with Dr. Gile to follow up with all urinary and prostate treatments that may be necessary

Cindy was very thorough and explained things so we could understand.

Parking availability is terrible. Took over 10 minutes to find a spot. Then had to walk to get to clinic.

She also talks about medications that can help you and what these medications can do to help your situation. She also, does a good job of answering all your questions. She is very thorough in her examination of you. I think she is an asset to your organization. I am so glad that she is my provider.

After the visit there was a aid supposed to come in and fill out paperwork and I sat there waiting for 20miutes till someone noticed me they said they were sorry but I didn't know to do it wasn't fair

All signage sent us to the fourth floor for urology. I have difficulty walking and got to the fourth floor reception just to be directed back to third floor because of construction. A simple sign at the elevator or entrance would have eliminated this problem.

I wish Gundersen would have more Urology services/doctors/surgeons

I was a little disappointed that your facility doesn't offer sedation for prostate biopsy. I have a history of PTSD and high anxiety. It would be nice to have that option. I was pleased with appointment overall and treated well.
