All signage sent us to the fourth floor for urology. I have difficulty walking and got to the fourth floor reception just to be directed back to third floor because of construction. A simple sign at the elevator or entrance would have eliminated this problem.

I wish Gundersen would have more Urology services/doctors/surgeons

I was a little disappointed that your facility doesn't offer sedation for prostate biopsy. I have a history of PTSD and high anxiety. It would be nice to have that option. I was pleased with appointment overall and treated well.

Hard to find dept. Not marked good at all. Spent time walking back and forth, no one to ask they were busy checking in people. Put up a little signage and take some of the stress if people who are trying to get to an appt on time!

I had to cancel the original appointment. I got this appointment in quick order. I want to urgent care and this appointment was in the checkout list of appointments. I also received a phone updates. Both text and a voice call.

I appreciate her help. Her sending hemoglobin tests to my next pre op appointment, caused a red flags for her to sent me to ER, and get the ball rolling. Very perceptive both.

Dr. Gile was great. Very informative. Learned a lot of things. Could use a better response from the lady rooming us. She had a flat personality. But other than that, yes, very knowledge appointment. Thank you.
