Clinic should be able to use the check-in questionnaire that I took the time to do before my appointment. I had to do the paper form on site. So now I don't plan to waste time filling out anything ahead of time.

Everyone was extremely nice and very knowledgeable at the Galesville location. I love the small town feel of it. Chris Petersen made you feel so comfortable. He is very thorough and explained everything so you can understand. You don't feel rushed FYI: I didn't use My Chart or anything yet so I couldn't rate it fairly.

I am not so happy with the merger & changing to emplify....does not seem to accomplish much....why fix something that is not broke? Our health industry has declined a great deal over the past 5-6 years....I've got a great idea....why not go back to what worked for the PATIENTS!! You folks could learn a lot if you'd LISTEN!! Listening is a wonderful thing....
