My chart is not as good as it used to be. I ask for an appointment & I get one, I accept only to receive another message that I have to have a different day. So I accept that & the first one is cancelled. I wasn't notified of either one like I used to be. If I wouldn't have accidentally checked My Chart, I would have totally missed the messages. I always answer all the questions on MyChart but I still get a letter in the mail threatening me that if I don't answer the questions , sign & return the letter I risk getting taken off Medicare. They even had a date I had to agree to that I wasn't even at the clinic. Am getting really suspicious of MyChart.

Christine was great. She was educated on my medical history, friendly but not overly friendly, answered all of my questions in a manner I could understand that didn't leave me questioning, and I felt comfortable with her care. I would recommend her as a midwife.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit yesterday. I did not get any of the answers I needed and I felt like a burden. The doctor told me that if tests came back negative there was nothing that could be done until I have my ultrasound in 2.5 weeks. She also stated there were tests that could be done but she didn't want to complete the tests and didn't give a solid reason why only that it was too early. I left crying and feeling so unheard and like she did not care about my welling or my pregnancy. I am so disappointed and hurt and am considering switching insurance and hospitals completely because of how horrible this treatment was. I understand doctors are busy and I have an ample amount of respect for their knowledge but the bedside manner was so discomforting and hurtful. I hope no one else has to experience that.

I did not feel like I was a unique individual. The provider didn't seem to have looked over my records and felt cold/clinical. When I said I needed to think about getting an IUD, she kept explaining things and then it seemed like she was waiting for me to change my mind. It was the worse gynecology appointment I've ever had in my 20+ years.

This was one of the best interactions I have had with Gundersen. First time meeting this Dr and she was terrific!!

I loved my visit with my Midwife, Christine and every visit I've had before! She's great at her job and so welcoming to me and my needs. She listens to every one of my questions and provides help for them all. I highly recommend her to all of my friends and family!
