It was a fun visit for our big lil girl

They made me feel like an invididual, and understood.

The experience was fine, but was not overly in depth with my exam. I really didn't need her to be cause I only came to jump through the hoop to be referred to podiatry.

Dr. Jacobsen is a very knowledgeable and caring and compassionate person.

Very easy check-in process. Everyone was respectful and kind.

The Dr. didn't listen to my exact questions about different headaches I've been experiencing. Use muscle relaxers that I have and neck exercises was the result. I thought there might be stronger meds than over the counter stuff. Guess I'll mention it again next year and deal with it for now.

Curt doctor/sharp tone and I didn't feel listened to/heard. Didn't know important information. Certainly didn't understand the severity of the problem or show any empathy.

Dr Jacobsen was very nice and attentive. So happy to get in last minute as well.

I would like clinic guidelines provided regarding the tape recording of the patient visit and what happens to the recording following the visit.

The Dr I am positive is a great Dr . She is very educated in health food and fitness . She is a very modern Dr who uses lifestyle change instead of medicine . I respect that . To me she was intimidating. To me I am looking for compassion . She did take her time .

Well, in my case, I'm very grateful to the entire hospital. The doctors and nurses were very kind to us. The entire medical team was very kind to us. We received very good care, very good. And in my case, I can only say God bless the entire medical team. And thank you very much from my son and my entire family. My family, my partner, and thank you very much. Believe me, we received excellent care, and I have no words to express it, only God bless the entire medical team, as I repeat, nurses, doctors, everyone was very kind.

I have been doing video visits for over a year but Emplify has made it a nightmare.

Given very basic and generic answers to my questions by the provider, as if it was a one size fits all response which was disheartening and frustrating.

The fact when scheduling apps. They should schedule appointments knowing when insurance companies would cover verses patient getting charged at no fault of the patient.

I recently moved to the area and everyone was so kind and helpful.

Appointment was canceled and rescheduled a month later. I was very concerned about my health condition and didn't agree with the reschedule.

Dr. Jacobsen is a credit to her profession. Having been not treated with respect by the behavioral health team, while she was out for surgery was awful. I am so thankful she is back. She is compassionate, considerate, and kind. Doctor Jacobsen is the best!!! I hope this reaches her bosses.

The doctor listened very carefully. She asked if I continued my walking routine in the winter. I answered that I have a treadmill. She sought clarity by asking if I used it.

Any concerns or questions I had she addressed professionally, and I felt comfortable with what she recommended

I was very unimpressed by this dr. It was my first time seeing her and I am thinking of finding a different dr. I have had a pretty stress filled 2 years and I wanted to know if any of the issues I have could be related to that. I was told that I needed to change my lifestyle by the food I eat and the things I do. I wasn't asked about any of my eating habits or my exercise. I also have been having an issue with my ear and was told to use a nasal spray like Afrin and that will fix it. The problem with that is that I have been using a netty pot and Flonase for over a year now. The problem hasn't been resolved yet. I truly didn't feel like this appointment helped or was worth my time and effort. I also didn't feel like the dr really cared about me. This is very disappointing for me since every dr I have dealt with at gundersen in the last 2 years while dealing with my husband's cancer had been amazing.
