It went as well as expected

Dr. Jacobsen listened well to my questions and gave informed, understandable answers. She also caught something in my medical history that should be charted differently to better serve my needs.

The MyChart app is sometimes not very intuitive but it does the job. I'm very pleased with Dr. Christine Jacobsen. I like how thorough she is and that she discusses (doesn't force) medication options with me.

It was the best experience I ever had. It was on time and quick.

The clinic staff was wonderful. Although, Dr Jacobsen seemed through I may change as there was a few things that I felt uncertain about Dr's opinion about. Nothing earth shattering just that I like my views to align with my doctors. Still thinking about it.

Yeah, everything went really well and fast and efficient and it was going through my chart. So it was a great experience. Thank you.

It was a fun visit for our big lil girl

They made me feel like an invididual, and understood.

The experience was fine, but was not overly in depth with my exam. I really didn't need her to be cause I only came to jump through the hoop to be referred to podiatry.

Dr. Jacobsen is a very knowledgeable and caring and compassionate person.

Very easy check-in process. Everyone was respectful and kind.

The girls at the front desk are great! Your questions are a little lame---- I expect to get in and out- with any issues resolved! Amen! Done! Everyone does their best in "big brothers" alloted time!!!!!--- "Next"......

The Dr. didn't listen to my exact questions about different headaches I've been experiencing. Use muscle relaxers that I have and neck exercises was the result. I thought there might be stronger meds than over the counter stuff. Guess I'll mention it again next year and deal with it for now.

Curt doctor/sharp tone and I didn't feel listened to/heard. Didn't know important information. Certainly didn't understand the severity of the problem or show any empathy.

Dr Jacobsen was very nice and attentive. So happy to get in last minute as well.

I would like clinic guidelines provided regarding the tape recording of the patient visit and what happens to the recording following the visit.

The Dr I am positive is a great Dr . She is very educated in health food and fitness . She is a very modern Dr who uses lifestyle change instead of medicine . I respect that . To me she was intimidating. To me I am looking for compassion . She did take her time .
