Care Philosophy

I utilize an eclectic, person-centered, trauma-informed approach to treatment. I truly enjoy helping individuals discover their strengths and grow their ability to navigate life's challenges. I believe everyone has the potential to find light even in their darkest moments and during life's storms; sometimes, they just need a little help to see beyond the clouds.

I believe mental health is just as vital as physical health, and they influence each other in both positive and negative ways. As a therapist, my role is to support the whole person and walk alongside them as they uncover their capacity for healing.
