It was the excellent experience like I've always had from Mr. Kildahl, and I am grateful to Gundersen Health.

He explained the problem very thoroughly, and he explained all of the options to treat it very thoroughly so I could make an informed decision.

Had a nice nap waiting 30 min past my scheduled time, in the examining room.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Chris"s explanation of prep for surgery, surgery process and likely results including after surgery steps very detailed and helpful.

Discuss other options and use. Personal experience or stories.

I was treated with respect and given all the time necessary to discuss my hand issues. I was very impressed with the experience.

The my chart was easier to use and now you have to scroll a bunch of options. The changes made it harder to do. The doctor was excellent, we just need to find a cure for arthritis.

The provider and the nurses were excellent. I am not impressed at all with your insurance and scheduling people. I had to cancel my surgery once because of the orthopedic scheduler and I didn't really appreciate being given the run around. But the provider and the nurses have been excellent.
