I experienced very professional attention to my accident and the care that needed to be provided.

Everything was fine except for the fact that I waited 45 minutes after being roomed, to be seen. Nobody popped in to say that he was running behind or how long it would be. I thought maybe the MA didn't let the provider know that I was there. I'm generally pretty patient, but I was starting to lose my cool. 45 minutes is a long time to sit in a room without any communication.

Overall excellence

Chris was running late & the nurse told me this when she brought me back to the room but I was waiting quite a while in the waiting room. It would have been nice if I was told he was behind sooner

The my chart was easier to use and now you have to scroll a bunch of options. The changes made it harder to do. The doctor was excellent, we just need to find a cure for arthritis.
