when the doctor came in it looked like he was running, really busy.

Reception needs to be more helpful with respect to where the patient is to go and see the right provider, and direct the patient to the right department.

He explained it and just like the other just explained it and he was very patient and he was very good about it. I was kind of worried because I don't understand how the body works, you know, but it was really good. Thank you.

the check-in process was not great - had new insurance and was not asked to verify home address phone number or insurance coverage - check-in girl was polite but did not ask pertinent information - she would not have changed ins if I had not brought it up to her - maybe need a little more training

Dr. Hofland and his team saved my life. I've been fighting bladder cancer for a year and he found the cancer and removed most of it and then repaired my bladder after the cancer treatments destroyed the cancer. My oncology team worked closely with urology. Thank you very much...

I keep getting messages to check in electronically. I go thru My Chart, and go thru the process. Then get a message that it can't be completed and to register at the desk. If you can't get it fixed, stop sending messages to do it that way!!

Dr. Hofland did an excellent job explaining the surgical procedure and he made sure all of our questions were answered.

I pay a full premium for a Doctor now I have been advised that going forward I will be assigned to a NP or PA. Both in my mind are "wanna be doctors" unqualified. I am patient that does not want to be treated like a LAB RAT. I paid a full premium I expect a Doctor, if not will I be given a prorated rate for a less than provider.

Dr Hofland is a nice Dr. I had others in the past that just shooed me out the door not explaining or seeing if I understood what was going on.

The question I forgot to ask is "How do I renew my Finasteride prescription?"I've rub out.

Wonderful treatment

The wait time once I got in the exam room was way too long. 40 minutes.

Kudos to this team for making this a pleasant experience.

Check-in receptionist was not welcoming. It didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. Dr. Hofland and his nurse were excellent. Carefully explained the surgery and answered all questions. Very professional. MyChart-The urology survey was troublesome. Half way through and it locked up, had to start all over.
