I have trusted Dr. Thurman with my care for many years. He listens and responds to my concerns with empathy and thorough knowledge. He uses diagnostic information and data to support his counsel. I trust his advice more than any other medical professional I have encountered.

Everyone was friendly and efficient. Dr Thurman always makes me feel good about my health while also giving me some goals to work on. Overall, it was a reassuring and encouraging experience.

Dr. Thurman is excellent, and he provide me with excellent care. My issue is with the scheduling and wait time. I had to wait for over 30 minutes to see Dr. Thurman. That is too long for someone who has taken time out of their work day for an appointment. Perhaps you need to provide doctor's with more buffer time between patients, so other patients do not end up waiting so long.

I hadn't seen this doctor before but really liked him and would use him again.

Very happy with Emplify and in particular Dr Thurman. His manner, concern, attention to detail and knowledge are exceptional. He is a great asset to Gundersen.

I feel fortunate to have Dr. Thurman as my primary doctor. He is always well prepared and has the experience and expertise to advise a multitude of patients.

Very impressed with the doctor that had never seen me. He took time to listen, he listened to my heart, and he ordered a heart monitor and then told me to check with my provider. I was very impressed with getting in and everybody was very efficient and good. And yes, I always would recommend our doctor and I always say Gundersen Lutheran, but anyway, I was very, very happy.

I was able to make this appointment online by myself and everything after was perfect! Hard to hear the check in staff as she had a soft voice which made us have to ask again what she said multiple times. Very friendly and professional but not efficient as it took a few more minutes of asking her to repeat herself multiple times. Dr. Thurman and staff are always extremely nice and efficient. That's why we keep coming back!

If you would check back & see I have used same DR. for well over 20 years.

With having both a doctor and an intern offer conflicting evaluations, it was a somewhat unsettling appointment, given the stakes of the differing evaluations. I did not feel that at ease during the appointment.

You can keep Dr. Thurman. He's outstanding. He's unbelievable. He's better than my VA doctor. He's always attentive, outstanding. If you get more like him, you're better off. Everybody at your place is excellent. And I'm going to let you go. Bye.

You need to hire more Providers like Chad Thurman. You have a winner with him.

My opinion is that the hospital works the doctors too hard. My doctor was 40 minutes late for the appointment, and I know he couldn't have been in dereliction of duty. He was trying to give a "little empathy" and there was no flexibility in his schedule.

I was not impressed with the check in person saying, your co-pay today is $75.00 how would you like to take care of that? I didn't realize you now demand payment before even receiving service.
