This visit was a waste of my time and money. I wanted to see a specialist for ear problems and that is not what i got.

Everything was great except waiting in the long line for check in. I arrived on time, but after waiting 15 minutes in line was made to feel "late" to the appointment. I checked-in online, but the app said I still had to check in at the desk. (Why bother checking in online if you still have to check in at the desk? It seemed kind of silly.)

The only time I get to see Dr Thurman is on my annual physical. So this visit was out of the norm. But I got in to see Dr Thurman and we found out exactly what was going on with my foot as it was a challenge to walk. His suggestions as to how I can better work with my feet was to get a pair of shoes that was geared to my plantar fasciitis and my high arch. And the prescription was an and I inflammatory for the next two weeks. And stretches in case I do have some pain. So far everything is going smoothly.

We checked in around 9:30. Went back to the room around 9:45. Waited in the room until 11:00 when the provider finally showed up.

Great people who truly care about you as a person.

Dr. Thurman is an excellent doctor! He asks questions and answers my questions. I am very comfortable talking to him about anything. He is definitely a class act.

I wasn't able to add my new insurance to the my chart account, but other than that it's ok.

I am thankful that I could see the doctor the same day and that he answered all my questions. He also asked me quite a few questions so that he could understand what my problem was. The nurses' helpline is also very much appreciated.

Dr. Thurman is excellent, and he provide me with excellent care. My issue is with the scheduling and wait time. I had to wait for over 30 minutes to see Dr. Thurman. That is too long for someone who has taken time out of their work day for an appointment. Perhaps you need to provide doctor's with more buffer time between patients, so other patients do not end up waiting so long.

I hadn't seen this doctor before but really liked him and would use him again.

I feel fortunate to have Dr. Thurman as my primary doctor. He is always well prepared and has the experience and expertise to advise a multitude of patients.

Very impressed with the doctor that had never seen me. He took time to listen, he listened to my heart, and he ordered a heart monitor and then told me to check with my provider. I was very impressed with getting in and everybody was very efficient and good. And yes, I always would recommend our doctor and I always say Gundersen Lutheran, but anyway, I was very, very happy.

I was able to make this appointment online by myself and everything after was perfect! Hard to hear the check in staff as she had a soft voice which made us have to ask again what she said multiple times. Very friendly and professional but not efficient as it took a few more minutes of asking her to repeat herself multiple times. Dr. Thurman and staff are always extremely nice and efficient. That's why we keep coming back!
