I was very satisfied with everyone as they are very caring about my needs.

Everyone I have encountered in my recent knee replacement has been wonderful. From nurses in pre and post op, the surgeon, and PT therapists, everyone was caring and knowledgeable and desiring to make my experience not only successful, but comfortable as possible. Gundersen is the best!

I am holding my breath to reach the 6 week post surgery mark as I have suffered 6 setbacks while healing.

The doctors that care for me are, in my opinion, the best people in my life. Including all of my PA doctors.

I feel I was definitely listened to but, would have appreciated the provider having knowledge about additional areas of post hip replacement therapies. As someone who has had a yoga practice for 10 plus years I was very disappointed to hear " I really know nothing about that" ( so don't do it) and with the slow turnaround with insurance approval, I also have not scheduled any therapy appointments dealing with weights or other activities ( other than walking). I would have appreciated clear guidelines with healing activities and the timeline they could occur. Thank you

In person visit was good. I am however very annoyed with the AI chatbot that has started popping up this week and hinders my typing on my phone especially and on my laptop and hinders being able to access tabs on my phone. There should be a way to remove this, it is not beneficial at all.

Felt comfortable in discussing health issue and asking questions. Needed information in deciding what medical plan would work in addressing several issues with joint pain.

Excellent experience from the time I entered the clinic. The orthopedic department is fabulous!

I did not like, when I was at pre-admissions, the fact that I had to take off my shoes and I was not wearing any socks, that the nurse wanted me to stand on the scale. And I said, I don't want to do it. And she said, well, I'll put a paper towel down for you, or two paper towels. And I said, okay, let's do that. But I just think that, I think you should be able to do this, getting weighed and being measured with your shoes on. Yo. That's it.
