Chad Rudie is great! He took the time to listen and explain everything- answered all my questions and told me my options. Gundersen is lucky to have him!!

Chad was very knowledgeable, personable, listened to me, reassured me I'm doing well and things will continue to improve. He spoke directly to me and didn't keep looking at the computer and entering information.

Chad Rudie is an excellent health care person. He has great people skills and very good at doing injections in my knees. He could give workshops on how to relate with patients and make the clinic visit a very pleasant experience. Give him a raise.

I appreciated the staff effort to coordinate the post surgery activities for my left knee with the pre surgery activities for my right knee. Pleased that team members had reviewed PT notes from Winn Med. Great coordination.

Follow -up care I needed was difficult to get scheduled. From the check out person at clinic-who was extremely rude (I then moved to a different window) to the radiology department.

Chad has given good information and what to do from here on.

We have seen Chad Rudie, PA for many years. He has the nicest personality, so caring, you have a good one their. Keep him around. I use to see him in Tri-County Memorial, Whitehall, then he didn't come back, due to needed elsewhere. Such a nice person.

Chad Rudie has been my Orthopedic provider for many years. He is not only knowledgeable, caring and compassionate, he is also straightforward and I appreciate that. Chad will be my expert for many years to come.

Fast and friendly!

Having several appointments including PT I'm asked to fill out the same forms repeatedly with the same information. It gets very redundant and time consuming. Maybe even once a week or month should be enough for confirming my meds, allergies, etc.

The doctors that care for me are, in my opinion, the best people in my life. Including all of my PA doctors.

I feel I was definitely listened to but, would have appreciated the provider having knowledge about additional areas of post hip replacement therapies. As someone who has had a yoga practice for 10 plus years I was very disappointed to hear " I really know nothing about that" ( so don't do it) and with the slow turnaround with insurance approval, I also have not scheduled any therapy appointments dealing with weights or other activities ( other than walking). I would have appreciated clear guidelines with healing activities and the timeline they could occur. Thank you
