Dr. Nelson seemed stressed and a little rushed but ok.

The entire team and Doctor were helpful and supportive.

I did email for the online check in two times. it was time consuming to do this twice without being told why it was sent multiple times

my chart does not work with my old computer and software because of security requirements

Everyone was kind and the receptionist even called upstairs to see if I could have my mammogram the same day, so I wouldn't have to make a trip back. Dr Nelson always listens to and addresses my concerns with a wealth of knowledge and with patience. I really appreciate the care I receive. Thank you.

Dr. Nelson is amazing and thorough. It was just an annual wellness visit but she took her time with me. I was concerned about melanoma so she checked my skin and actually found a mole that needed further evaluation.

I called my pharmacy and I still haven't got the ointment. They said they were having trouble after the snowstorm so I've been treating my sores with apple cider vinegar so far to make my arms cool down thank you. my Saab should be coming tomorrow

I was very disappointed in the fact my appointment was an hour late because the receptionist even went checked as to why it was taking so long by telling them I'd been there for quite some time. That was very, very disappointing. I've never had that happen before.

who cares if you treat me like a "unique" person. I want medical care not a friendship. The answer should not always be medication. Maybe research the why instead of throwing medication at everything, esp. considering the outrageous cost.

Results of lab work and mammogram where completed quickly and available for review on Mychart. Dr. Nelson was knowledgable and very professional. It was the one of the best doctors appointments I have had. She is definitely an amazing medical doctor. Staff scheduling future appointments were very courteous and worked to make adjustments to the appointments so that they would work into my schedule.

I had 4 appts. (phone eval, bloodwork, mammogram, and appt. with the doctor within a week. I don't understand why I had to check in for each one individually and answer all of the same questions each time. Can't this process be streamlined some?

Dr. Catherine Nelson was, as always, great to work with. She is a very collaborative health care partner. All of the rest of the staff that I interacted with was also great.

Print size on printouts is way too small. That seems to be the trend anymore! News paper and magazines are too small. so is my computers display. That I can adjust but pictures and margins start running off the screen.

It was all great.

I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to see Dr. Nelson the same day that I called as I had very acute problem. It was only a total of 2 hours from the time I called for an appointment, had a lab test, saw Dr. Nelson and picked up my antibiotic prescription.

I was very pleased with the care given to my by both Dr. Nelson & the student working with her, Bridget Fair.

Everyone was very respectful. Dr. Nelson extended every curtesy to get issues settled at this appointment.

Once again lab, front desk, check out were very wonderful to meet! My provider is the best! Not just because she listens, but is able to give me her 100% attention! I'm am glad to see DEI is not shoved in my face! People are what they are, but healthcare is for everyone! Professional healthcare personnel need to be respectful of patients!

Dr. Nelson became my physician when my original doctor retired. My experience with her care has been exceptional. She listens attentively, answers any questions clearly and is patient when I require clarification. There is not anything I would change regarding the experiences I have had working with her.
