Blood pressure was an experience. First check was literally painful. Tech said yes, she knew and that's why she preferred the manual wrap around cuff. Never had a painful blood pressure check before... Doctor deterred it was slightly high and to recheck. At the end of the appt. I was left sitting in a room for 10 minutes waiting for a machine to start for 5 minutes and then start checking at intervals. Not as painful but also not surprised it was higher than the first check. I was super excited to sit there again just waiting to see if it would be as painful. 3 small inch bruises on the inside of my arm from the experience. My previous visit my second dose of a vaccine was not recorded on my records. Dr. Found it in the notes and tech still insisted she couldn't properly record it. Seriously had to argue with her to get it documented. I was in the lab at the time and the ladies there agreed with me that it was not recorded and they thought I should get it again... Not sure I want to come back...

The entire team was very friendly and efficient.

Dr. Gerhard had answers before I even had questions. She fulfilled everything to my needs and I will continue to keep her as my primary doctor.

Dr Gerhard is absolutely wonderful. She is knowledgable of current medical history with other providers before coming into the room, LISTENS to what you say, and cares about coming up with solutions. I hope that the "mychart website question does NOT affect the ratings for the providers, as 'mychart is very awkward, redundant, inaccurate, invasive, and NOT user friendly. Whoever designed this should have to use this as a patient to see how irrelevant the majority of it is.
