Caroline Peterson, PA-C

Normally, when I get a cortisone shot, it doesn't hurt for days afterwards. However, each time I get a cortisone shot with this provider, it hurts. So I'm not sure if her technique is wrong or inaccurate. I get cortisone shots in my shoulders, in my hips, my knees. But only with this provider, is each time that I see her, it still hurts.

This is the best my knees have felt in a long time ??

A little warmer approach and smile would be nice.

I would like to be able to view xrays/etc. for future reference on my chart like mayo clinic offers.

Caroline gave me some valuable information and reassurance.

I was pleased with the amount of concern the Dr. showed for my pain and discomfort. I felt less than heard by previous Dr.'s. This was a great relief after 5 years of worsening pain.

I got to my appointment early I was in and done early love it!

Caroline is a very no nonsense practitioner. She listens carefully,does what she needs to do and gave me options for care with very good explanations as to possible outcomes. She was sensitive to my needs in responding to my choice of care. I liked her and would definitely go back to her. I felt she would help me with the best she had to offer. She is not one for small talk but I was ok with that. She didn't rush me, but had me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I would defiantly recommend her.

I really like Caroline. She did seem rushed this time.

The visit seemed rushed and I didn't have time to ask all my questions. Provider could have made more eye contact with patient than looking at computer screen. The physical therapists who did cane training were great! It took 5 weeks before I could get in to see a specialist. I had to go to Urgent Care since I couldn't an appointment earlier. It would have helped to get cortisone shot earlier with pain.

Caroline is very thoughtful with my many health issues and really takes time to find how to help me- I have a complicated body yet she helps me wit her treatments and knows who to refer me to. I feel blessed to be able to see her. Thank you Caroline for your work.

Dr Caroline Peterson is so nice and caring ?

Wish it didn't take two urgent care visits ($$$$$) for pain relief before I could finally see the ortho person who could do what needed to be done two urgent care visits ago. Hire more people and if you cannot entice them to LaX you will probably have to pay them more- maybe use your advertising budget that you don't need- we all know you are here- don't need to advertise. (Really?) just ONE place you could find money for more docs if you looked with an honest eye. But you probably won't....

Caroline Petersen is a very capable care provider. She assessed and diagnosed my problem quickly and provided options for mobility assistance, and her staff worked with me to determine which appliance would be the most suitable. She completed the worker's compensation forms I needed, in an efficient manner, and determined a plan of care we both agreed on. I felt she was looking out for my best interest. She is easy to communicate with.

Caroline Peterson is a wonderful person to visit. She is professional and puts you at ease for the procedure.

Frustrating in that this same Dr comes to the Arcadia clinic once a month. Missed her by a couple days . Knee killing me! Had to leave work early! Shot I needed would've been covered up there but not in Ona!! Cost me 700$ for a shot that is performed by same doctor same organization but different locations!! And also the does-age was wrong the Arcadia doctor gave me according to the Onalaska doctor . Frustrating to say the least and expensive! Evan with my coverage!
