I have been seeing Carmen Adams for years and would choose her care each and every time, She is always astute and takes care of any problems issues that I may have!

Dr Carmen Adams is one of the most knowledgeable and compassionate people I have ever met. She explains everything in common terms and I feel that she truly cares about my well being.

Carmen does a great job of informing her staff about my needs and how my blood pressure is. I have been very pleased with how Carmen has listened to me

I tried the electronic check in but it would not go through

I followed up this appointment with an ultrasound in Onalaska. I was extremely disappointed with the Sparta staff on how the results were handled. To get a call from a nurse saying "the ultrasound recommends a biopsy being performed" with no explanation of why was not okay. We were then disconnected due to my location, but there was no further attempt by Sparta staff to contact me again. I did call the clinic later when I was in a better reception area. The person at the scheduling desk was very helpful. Not being told what is going on with my own health is very unacceptable. There was no MyChart message-only that vague phone call. Better explanations should be given when additional tests are needed.

I completed an online appointment via My Chart and the provider responded to my request in a timely manner.

I truly appreciate my provider Carmen Adams PA. She listens and makes me feel comfortable talking to her about anything. Her student was wonderful as well. Thank you!

Given provider didn't know much about the situation from a week prior, she handled this appointment very well. She seemed genuinely interested in our daughter and ensured we were comfortable with her progress before we left. Very friendly and great with kids!
