I would like to see more detail put into the information in My Chart as to what is going to be done at the upcoming appointment. Example: Is there going to be a urine test or any other lab work done? Is there going to be an EKG done? That way the patient knows what to expect before he gets there.

The team was excellent to work with. I couldn't have been happier with them. Both the RN and Carly explained things very thoroughly. They were very patient and listened to my concerns and I knew exactly what to do when I was ready to leave the appointment. The appointment was made by the clinic and it was incorrectly made for the Gundersen La Crosse Center, should have been the Onalaska Center and the doctor should have caught that. She said she questions why we were coming in, yet she let us come in and the appointment was absolutely for nothing. It was a waste of time and they didn't even check his heartbeat or anything. So that was very, very disappointing. That's all.

I achieved my goal in going to Gundersen in Lacrosse and happy with the outcome.

I felt very comfortable and was treated with respect. Carly explained things in a way I could understand them and asked if I had any questions. I was very comfortable.

I did not appreciate being told that my upcoming procedure would probably not work.

Carly Laufenberg is an exceptional care provider. I feel fortunate to have her on my health care team. I know that I can count on her to read my messages, respond in a timely manner and to listen to any concerns that I might have.

This was a pre-op checkup, i got very short notice of the appointment time, drove to la crosse in a rush to have it be exactly ( except I met dr laufenberg) the same as the morning telephone appointment I had earlier same day. So, it was a redundant visit that just cost me more money!

My provider was very knowledgeable about my health status and presented a well thought out plan for going forward.

Exceptional, I was at ease during the entire visit. Even my blood pressure was lower than usual. Carly had some great recommendations with no pressure. I definitely will follow up on her suggestions.

The provider was excellent. But the checkout process and scheduling of required future followup appointments was very poor. Follow-up appointments that the provider asked me to set up at checkout could not be scheduled and the checkout person said "l don't have access to those scheduling screens"...

Hi, I met Carly, my cardiologist, and as always, she's wonderful. She listened carefully to my concerns about being dizzy, what my pulse was, what my EKG showed, and together we came up with a really good medication plan, and I always feel confident that she listens to me. And also, I would like to comment that while I was in the waiting room, I had just checked in and I noticed a gentleman sitting near me, and it looked like he was distressed, having trouble breathing, and his face was ashen. So I was able to get a nurse, and I was so happy that they took him back right away. They examined him, and I believe they ended up wheeling him down to the ER. So I just want to praise the staff.

Wish the test results from my last cardio appointment 7 days ago had been available to discuss. Didn't have much to discuss or ask.

All support personnel helpful. Medical staff very good. Dr Lafenberger very helpful and invested in my care. Good to have this level of expertise and support.

Carly is so genuine and knowledgeable. I always feel well cared for with her appointments.

Medical care is superb but scheduling and information from administration leaves room for improvement. For example, I had called and asked if this appointment could be done by video and was told it could not. After I got there and was talking to Dr, was told it could have been done via video. It is a 2 hour drive each way for me.

I have always been completely satisfied with the care I receive from Carly Laufenberg and the rest of the staff that I have delt with in cardiology. Carly makes sure that I understand to the best of my ability what she is talking about. She always has time to address my questions and concerns

I have had excellent care there with my heart problems since 1990! My wife and I are extremely grateful!

"Trans" person doing my check out. I don't believe in that lifestyle and not comfortable with that.

Since the merger, the e check-in experience seems more cumbersome. Way too much repetitious info you have to navigate to finally check in.
