Exceptional, I was at ease during the entire visit. Even my blood pressure was lower than usual. Carly had some great recommendations with no pressure. I definitely will follow up on her suggestions.

The provider was excellent. But the checkout process and scheduling of required future followup appointments was very poor. Follow-up appointments that the provider asked me to set up at checkout could not be scheduled and the checkout person said "l don't have access to those scheduling screens"...

Hi, I met Carly, my cardiologist, and as always, she's wonderful. She listened carefully to my concerns about being dizzy, what my pulse was, what my EKG showed, and together we came up with a really good medication plan, and I always feel confident that she listens to me. And also, I would like to comment that while I was in the waiting room, I had just checked in and I noticed a gentleman sitting near me, and it looked like he was distressed, having trouble breathing, and his face was ashen. So I was able to get a nurse, and I was so happy that they took him back right away. They examined him, and I believe they ended up wheeling him down to the ER. So I just want to praise the staff.

Wish the test results from my last cardio appointment 7 days ago had been available to discuss. Didn't have much to discuss or ask.

All support personnel helpful. Medical staff very good. Dr Lafenberger very helpful and invested in my care. Good to have this level of expertise and support.

Medical care is superb but scheduling and information from administration leaves room for improvement. For example, I had called and asked if this appointment could be done by video and was told it could not. After I got there and was talking to Dr, was told it could have been done via video. It is a 2 hour drive each way for me.

I have always been completely satisfied with the care I receive from Carly Laufenberg and the rest of the staff that I have delt with in cardiology. Carly makes sure that I understand to the best of my ability what she is talking about. She always has time to address my questions and concerns

"Trans" person doing my check out. I don't believe in that lifestyle and not comfortable with that.

Since the merger, the e check-in experience seems more cumbersome. Way too much repetitious info you have to navigate to finally check in.

The fellow at check-in was extremely helpful, he contacted cardiology for an opening. Our assigned Dr was sick. We hadn't checked cell phone and weren't aware appointment had been cancelled. Great service was given to me. Greatly appreciated all involved.

I have continual problems getting into my online chart. Each time I have to call someone to help me get into MyChart. It is so frustrating for me to read my upcoming appointments, test results, etc.

We had some scheduling issues with the appointment being postponed 3 times. But working with Dr. Carly is a pleasure. She is thorough, professional and always listens and explains carefully.

Carly is a very kind and compassionate provider. She listens to you. She was very good about putting options on the table and saying it was my choice to decide the path. She was there to support whatever I chose.

Care and staff are always very good. I trust all my providers that I have!

Spiff up that waiting room. The chairs are obnoxious. They don't look very appealing and they look like they're worn and ragged. That's the only thing we have to say. It's the environment that needs to be spiffed up. Thank you.

I would like the "Get Directions" button on the appointment reminder to be more direct. You give the macro...how to get to the facility...but that info is available in many ways online. I would appreciate a "Where to Go for Your Appointment" option.

I need a follow up appointment for a stress test and nd a EEG , but the person at checkout couldn't help me because he said that the schedulers were all at a meeting. He said they they would call Monday. Well Monday has come and gone and I still haven't heard from them. Guessing they really don't care about their job

My provider was an excellent listener as well as very knowledgeable about me and my health history. It was truly an outstanding experience

All was well until checkout. When checking out only one checkout worker was available. Standing in line for a very long time while worker was trying to check us out and setting up future appointments. Need more help at check outs.

The nurse and EKG nurse were awesome. Thank you girls! The Dr. was very understanding and supportive of my concerns.

Carly is highly detailed and thorough, the kind of person you want as a Cardiology provider. Kudos to the support staff for being hardworking but could perhaps sweeten their "bedside manner" a bit. On check out, I think we woke him up. He didn't seem to understand what was happening with our case.
