I really like Carly-was patient with me and explained things fairly well?

Yeah, that provider was very congenial and a very nice person and very clear on her directions as to what I was supposed to do with my medications and all that. She went over all the medications with me at the whole works. Very, very satisfied. Very, very fine young lady. Very congenial.

I would highly recommend Carly J Gerady NP. She had reviewed my medical history before she saw me. She reviewed and explained to me, my previous medical and test results. I feel completely confident with her being my care giver.

The doctor was extremely easy to talk to. She gave good feedback and offered advice on next steps. She recognized the efforts I have made and had was I could build on them.

Carly was exceptional. She took the time to listen to what I was saying, explain to me what was happening and provide a detail plan moving forward. I would recommend Carly to anyone. Very very kind.

Carly is great! I discussed things that were bothering me, not even pertaining to the reason I saw her, and she was so gracious, reaching out to my other doctors with my concerns, as well as getting the ball rolling for procedures.

Doctor was very informative. I learned a lot with the medicine I now have to take. Why, what for and etc.

Carly has been an incredible addition to my medical team: knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, and genuine. The entire GI department is wonderful - everyone involved/encountered during this process, including recent colonoscopy, was absolutely fabulous.

I believe Carly Gerardy is an exceptional care provider. She was thoroughly prepared for my first appointment with her, listened carefully to my concerns, and provided excellent insights and actionable advice for my several medical concerns. Although a PA, I would rank Carly near the top of all doctors I have seen within the Gundersen/Emplify medical system. I was very pleased throughout this very helpful appointment; and she is to be commended for her knowledge, skills and abilities.

Carly is the best provider I have ever had throughout my long history as a patient at Gundersen/ Emplify. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and personable.

MA wa training and introduced me to his trainer at the start of the appointment. He did well. Carly is usually prompt and ready for my appointment which I appreciate.

I kept getting text messages about an earlier appt (maybe two hours earlier) with a different provider. After the fifth one it got to be annoying. Unless it's days earlier, cut that out!
