Carly Gerardy wa absolutely wonderful. She took the time to explain things thoroughly, answered all my questions, and made suggestions that are extremely useful. It was one of the best medical appts I've had.

I drove 60 miles to see Doc. and only 15 minutes with the talk. Maybe a teleamed would have worked just as well.

I have had less than optimal experiences with video visits.

Couldn't meet a bunch of more helpful people.

Carly is outstanding! No matter what I am going through, she always brings her top knowledge and dedication to helping me work thru it. From explaining the meds I am on to assisting with complications to surgery, she is right there with me. I am grateful that she is on my support team to ensure I live my best life! You walk out of your appt with her feeling like conquering the world with what you learn and take with you. The best part, she walks into the room already knowing what you are dealing with and is prepared, as if she is a best friend. You don't have to go over your issues again to bring her back up to speed. She is willing to answer my spouse's questions and takes the time to make sure we understand. She is also preparing you for the next appt such as having a scope or tests that will need to be run so there are no surprises. I appreciate this because it puts my mind at ease in case I forget. If I could give her a rating, it would be 200%! 100% for meeting the expectation of being a care giver and 100% for truly caring. Carly, thank you for being YOU!!!

I really appreciated Mark, showing me how to get where I needed to go, Sam as he welcomed me to the room and asked initial questions and Tyler was so great at check out and setting up my next appts! Was a great experience all around!

Yeah, that provider was very congenial and a very nice person and very clear on her directions as to what I was supposed to do with my medications and all that. She went over all the medications with me at the whole works. Very, very satisfied. Very, very fine young lady. Very congenial.

The doctor was extremely easy to talk to. She gave good feedback and offered advice on next steps. She recognized the efforts I have made and had was I could build on them.

Carly was exceptional. She took the time to listen to what I was saying, explain to me what was happening and provide a detail plan moving forward. I would recommend Carly to anyone. Very very kind.

Carly is great! I discussed things that were bothering me, not even pertaining to the reason I saw her, and she was so gracious, reaching out to my other doctors with my concerns, as well as getting the ball rolling for procedures.

Doctor was very informative. I learned a lot with the medicine I now have to take. Why, what for and etc.

Carly has been an incredible addition to my medical team: knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, and genuine. The entire GI department is wonderful - everyone involved/encountered during this process, including recent colonoscopy, was absolutely fabulous.

I was very pleased throughout this very helpful appointment; and she is to be commended for her knowledge, skills and abilities.
