Carli always does a great job. She is complete with our appointment and is very thorough in her analysis of my condition. I am very comfortable with her and she has a friendly personality.

Everything was great. Carli needs more help though. She was only 15min behind for me, but I made her 45min behind for her next patient. She is dedicated to making sure her patients get the time they want with her. And that's why IMO she needs a colleague who can take a little of her load on busy days. I did here someone say in the hall that someone was late or called off... maybe that's why she was backed up.

Medical staff remains top notch and wouldn't change for anything. Check-in and out including making next years appointment for X-ray prior to urology wasn't possible. ( I have done this for the last 5 years without any questions or hesitation. Jokes as you step-up to the check-out was never an issue when it was Gunderson. I made it a point to stop at Imaging on my way out worked just like always; no problem. Review personnel (last 2 on right side of Urology check out) Most unprofessional personnel at Gunderson in 15 years. It was actually embarrassing.

My appointment was at 7:30. I was disappointed that no one was at the check-in desk until after 7:30.

I felt that Carli had took the time to go over my file, as it was the first time i meet her and was able to answer all my needs. Thank you

Very good experience, and I didn't feel rushed.

The parking situation was horrible. Traffic was backed up to turn into the parking lot as it appeared there was a problem with valet parking. It took us about 15-20 minutes to get a parking spot as we eventually found one in the blue parking ramp.

Carli is simply amazing, you can talk to her about any concerns that you may have with an open and free conversation, so leave your fears, doubts and embarrassment at the door when you walk in. She listens and offers treatment options and gives honest advice for every topic that you need to discuss with her. When you read her post visit notes, you truly understand how much she cared and listened to you at your visit because she doesn't miss one detail that was discussed! I am very fortunate to have Carli as part of my Care Team and have 100% trust and confidence that Carli is completely vested in my well-being.

Experience was first class. I did have to wait for several days for a call back from urology. I ended up calling three times before a nurse advisor got me to a person who could schedule an appointment for me.

This visit has given me reasons to believe I am moving towards a continuity of care for my urology problems. A plan seems to be forming and that gives me hope.

- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 10/31/2025
Very relaxed visit. Lots of information exchanged and very clear answers to my questions and concerns. Felt an actual connection with Carli which seems harder and harder to achieve these days. Much appreciated.

I was confused when I was told they double my PSA number because I am on finesteride. I did not ask why but later after the visit I wish I would have. Also I was told that finesteride does not do anything for the cancer. It only works on the enlarged prostrate. I thought it was used to reduce the testosterone which enabled the cancer. Just some questions I still have but didn't, ask for clarification.
