She listens and offers treatment options and gives honest advice for every topic that you need to discuss with her. When you read her post visit notes, you truly understand how much she cared and listened to you at your visit because she doesn't miss one detail that was discussed! I am very fortunate to have Carli as part of my Care Team and have 100% trust and confidence that Carli is completely vested in my well-being.

Experience was first class. I did have to wait for several days for a call back from urology. I ended up calling three times before a nurse advisor got me to a person who could schedule an appointment for me.

The Provider treated me with respect, listened, and explained the issue in a clear manner.

I am disappointed in the lengthy process to get an appointment scheduled with multiple facilities within the Gundersen locations/facilities.

Very relaxed visit. Lots of information exchanged and very clear answers to my questions and concerns. Felt an actual connection with Carli which seems harder and harder to achieve these days. Much appreciated.

I was confused when I was told they double my PSA number because I am on finesteride. I did not ask why but later after the visit I wish I would have. Also I was told that finesteride does not do anything for the cancer. It only works on the enlarged prostrate. I thought it was used to reduce the testosterone which enabled the cancer. Just some questions I still have but didn't, ask for clarification.

Excellent visit but MyChart, as usual, is problematic.

I think that the provider that I saw, Carli, was very, very proficient at what she did. She answered all my questions, no problems. She had a good personality, was easy to talk to, and as far as the digital thing goes and the MyChart, I am not computer literate, so you can Disregard the one for that answer, but there was a no and a you know or does not apply Which you should probably put in there somewhere because I don't have a smartphone I just have a landline but That's all I have to add I really like the provider that I was set up with Carli was a wonderful person and And so was her.

This was a short 2 yr follow up appointment.After the results of the x-ray were discussed, she dismissed me as a patient. But she explained to contact her if I got any more kidney stones.
