She was the best that I've ever gone to. She explained everything very clearly and that's all I can say. I really liked her. I'm glad I got her to come to use as a provider. Very thorough and very, very, very nice person.

1. I love that we can do video visits. Thank you. 2. My care provider, Carissa Verkuilen, is very knowledgeable, patient, kind, and empathetic. I feel I have a very good relationship with her and she never makes me feel rushed or unheard, and any stupid little health question I have, she answers with respect and compassion. I cannot say enough positive things about her. 3. This video visit in particular started out poorly (my fault) because I was logged in and waiting but had to quickly use the restroom and missed the call to connect. Thankfully the visit rescheduled right away to 15 minutes later without my even asking. I was SO THANKFUL for that. 4. I'm on Medicare, and my care overall has been outstanding. I'm very appreciative of the excellent care I receive.

Carissa was exceptionally receptive and listened carefully to my symptoms. Plus, it was obvious that she had studied my past history going back many years. I was very impressed with her and her assistant!!

The only thing I would like more is if the PT program hooked into MyChart. And MyChart should allow more flexibility in running reports of the data. Example. I was asked to furnish a report of all of my providers for the last 3 years. With contact info and first and last seen dates. That should be a simple query

Everything was good. I got everything and more taken care of and explained to me.

My appointment with Cariissa Verkuilan was very complete. She listened and suggested an abdominal x-ray which was very much appreciated. She also assured me that she would follow up on the results. Also gave suggestions to address the pain that I was experiencing. She also looked at a past concern, a tick bite, and assured me it was not a Lyme bite. Thank you for the great appointment.

Everything went smoothly. I genuinely like my provider and staff is welcoming and helpful.
