This provider made me feel extremely uncomfortable as soon as she walked in the door. I felt judged and I felt she was very rude and did not take me seriously.

I was very pleased how well I was taken care of and how quickly they all moved to find out the problem.

I came early because of the distance I had to travel. They went above and beyond to get me into all 4 of my appointments early. Amazing group of staff!

Candace was professional and efficient. It would have been helpful to have a map of buildings. We entered at the opposite end and had a long walk to the correct area. My 2nd knee is being replaced next week and my first knee replacement 5 weeks ago is very achy today. That would have been avoided if we knew where to go initially.

I felt well taken care of by Candace Hoff when I came to the clinic later in the day on a Friday afternoon. I felt fortunate to be able to get in to be seen so quickly, but I was wondering about that time slot. I had no need to be concerned. She listened carefully to me as I explained my symptoms of consistently very low blood pressure over several weeks, lightheadedness, and fatigue. She ordered multiple blood tests and an EKG to see what might be the cause. She explained everything that she was doing so I could understand, and since it was later in the day, how I would find the remaining test results on my portal. If there was anything of concern I would be notified. I felt reassured and well taken care of. One test did show that I needed to have a change in the dosage of my thyroid medicine, a simple modification, so I left the clinic feeling relieved and very happy with my experience. I know that I need to be tested again in a couple of months at my annual wellness check up, to make sure that this modification is making a difference, and if I have any concerns before that time, to make sure I let her know.

This is my personal opinion but this nurse was way too close into MySpace even when settled in chairs. She was way too close close to my face I felt like moving to the next chair! She needs to step it back a bit!

I liked the service. Everything but the emergency. And you need to do something with that goddamn emergency. I'd never go in there again unless I was so damn bad that they had to carry me in. All I wanted was a chair to sit on. And they would not give me a chair to sit on. And it was so hot in that room. I wanted the door open a crack. That's against the rules. Every damn thing I asked for was against the rules. Finally, they had a guy come in there who was going to hold me down, I guess. And I just lost it. I tried to tell them when I come in there. There ain't a damn thing wrong with me, but my mind, I'm not thinking. But hell, they don't listen. They just tell you what's the matter.

After driving 1 1/2 hour to get there and another 1 1/2 hour back home for an appointment that could have been done over the phone. It was answering the same questions I answered two weeks ago with an NP from another agency. Not everyone lives a short distance away from you. It is costly for elderly people to get to appointments, finding someone to take you and more charge on your insurance that you may have to cover the cost if Medicare doesn't pay.

First off, it was a pleasure to be greeted professionally by staff at the front desk. This was a drastic change from one particular women who has short hair, chews gum, and talks too loudly...she is in the wrong field!!! That said, the Nurse Practitioner was incredibly helpful, reassuring, and professional. As was the nurse who assisted her. I was incredibly grateful to have gotten in so soon for an allergic reaction to plants at work before symptoms became worse. Again, be choosier about having kind and professional folks at the the front reception desk! Whereas, I always find the two people at checkout very professional and efficient. I commend them.

Provider was thorough and efficient. Provider seemed to want yes/no answers only. Interrupted me if I attempted to elaborate on an answer or if I commented on anything other than the specific question. Recommended an OTC med that I purchased, only to learn from package insert that it was contraindicated given one health condition and one other medication I was using (she and I had discussed both the health condition and the medications I was using). Suggested the she would quit getting COVID vaccine if she had experienced the reaction I had. Mentioned it several times. Did not specifically recommend I not continue with vaccine, but I felt that was what she was suggesting I quit using COVID vaccine.
