I can't work the health chart. It's not easy for me.

Dr. Reed always listens to whatever concerns I have and helps to get the appointments I need for follow ups. Best doctor!

My experience with the Winona staff was excellent. I have not had a bad experience with any of them. Dr. Reed is an excellent physician and I recommend him to everyone that asks.

Everyone was kind and efficient, willing to help me navigate through the maze of questions due to starting Medicare and their extra requirements (for diabetics on insulin pumps, etc.), while dealing with the requirements from Medtronic as well. The staff was reassuring and it lifted a weight off my shoulders. THANK-YOU!

I have been seeing Dr Reed since Gundersen opened in Winona. I couldn't ask for a more caring & compassionate Doctor. He never hurries you & addresses all your complaints.

The reception area needs more staff members during high appointment times. I had a 815am appointment and there were only 3 staff.
