I am grateful for Emplify Winona. I have been a patient of Dr. Bryan Reed since 2016. He is Wonderful. He is focused on my medical issues, and he educates me about my medical issues. He is very pleasant to have as my PCP! He is so very intelligent, and yet he explains everything on my level. My entire family are patients of his too! Thank you Emplify Gundersen for Dr. Reed. He truly is a blessing!!!

Gundersen is a great facility

Using the messaging system was frustrating. This was a follow up 3 month visit for anemia and diabetes. Yet getting appropriate lab ordered pre-visit took a 3 message exchange over a weeks time period. Makes me question if the messages were actually getting to the provider or were "handled" by the messaging team. Results of lab needed to be known AT the appointment to determine continued course of care, not ordered at the appointment. It was finally resolved, but I did bring this to Dr Reed's attention.

My nurse was awesome! Dr. Reed, is awesome and easy to talk to!! Much appreciated!!
