I came with a list of questions. Brookelyn answered all of them completely. Along with the exam, I am now confident that I am doing well. I also know I can contact her with any questions or concerns.

While with her, she asked how ya feeling? I mentioned the "phantom pain"... (I had contacted the clinic b4 this appt and they told me yes "phantom pain" can last 3-5 weeks.) Well, when I mentioned it to her, she just made a weird expression (like, she doesn't have much faith in that), then I asked why and she said something else may be going on!! I am still recovering. Now I have this in my head thinking something else is going on!! I thought the comment not appropriate. Emplify clinic, Google, AI even say that "phantom pain" does happen. May have to let her know.

Checked in on time, however, waited at least twenty minutes before being called. Not sure what the delay was. After being called everything went smoothly. Brookelyn Kruger was extremely nice and very professional and explained things so I could understand them. She made me feel very comfortable.

The staff was very friendly all while being helpful and knowledgeable to my needs. The provider was very friendly and pleasant with me but also she was very professional and good at explaining in a way I could understand what was going on with me and helping to come up with a plan going forward. Was a great experience!

BROOKELYN R KRUGER, facilitated the initial exam for me. I was being seen by another provider and asked if he would contact her concerning a new diagnosis of melanoma. She did see me that visit and arranged surgery for me within a week. She does this in a very professional manner including this most recent visit
