My chart didn't let me finish the check in process. I tried several times to complete it. Apparently enough was done as I didn't have to do more at the clinic.

I arrived as requested at 9:45, but didn't get into providers until 10:30. At 10:10 I inquired and was told they were behind but should be only about 5 more minutes. 15 minutes later they called be from the waiting area. The doctor was in about 10 minutes later. Patient should be notified of delays and offered the choice to wait or to reschedule.

There was a misunderstanding as to why I came. I understood from them that I was able to get an AFO at the clinic but when I saw the doctor I was told I needed to go somewhere else for the AFO. They did help me set up an appointment.

The notifications I received requiring me to pay first before the appointment were concerning. I called to verify Medicare was accepted by your organization and to make sure I wouldn't be turned away at the time of my appointment.

was disappointed to learn that the provider hours will end at 4:20 P.M. rather than the usual 5:00 P.M. This will cause a minor problem for me with future appointments on school days.
