This doctor is phenomenal. His communication skills are top shelf. The shoe inserts he provided, that his nurse installed in office, have radically improved my metatarsal pain. Wish I then 40 years ago. Every day is now better than my (few) best days, pain wise. Whoever is responsible for stocking this particular (Powerstep) orthotics deserves high praise.

Dr Tappe was patient, kind and very thorough. Explained all options and answered all questions respectfully.

Dr Tappe is always polite. Interested in me. He shares appropriate information with me. His diagnoses and treatment of my foot and ankle issues has been very helpful

I have been seeing Dr. Tappe for over 25 years. It's very important that I see him with my certain condition, so, and he's always been right on top of everything. Just so well pleased. Thank you very much.

My chart didn't let me finish the check in process. I tried several times to complete it. Apparently enough was done as I didn't have to do more at the clinic.

I arrived as requested at 9:45, but didn't get into providers until 10:30. At 10:10 I inquired and was told they were behind but should be only about 5 more minutes. 15 minutes later they called be from the waiting area. The doctor was in about 10 minutes later. Patient should be notified of delays and offered the choice to wait or to reschedule.

There was a misunderstanding as to why I came. I understood from them that I was able to get an AFO at the clinic but when I saw the doctor I was told I needed to go somewhere else for the AFO. They did help me set up an appointment.
