Long waiting time

This was an establish care visit new to gundersen. The provider refused to refill a medication I have been on for years and definitely is working for what it was prescribed for. I don't feel like my health issues and concerns were heard and how it affects MY life. Felt like it was a very one sided approach to what my care would be. I will be looking for a different care provider immediately.

Britany listen to me, paid attention to everything I was saying. Pushing to have a mammogram done. I haven't because I had a VERY bad experience with my last one.

Everyone was very polite and personable. Smiles and a few laughs go a long way in the medical area. Keep it up.

While Brittany was very good, I'm old fashioned I think in that I prefer a doctor vs. a PA. That's on me.

Brittany is great to have, thorough and efficient. Appreciate you!

Didn't know how long test results would take. No options for what to do in the mean time for relief.

Everyone was way beyond expectations!!!!!!!!

My chart is very helpful

When checking out the experience was poor. The person checking me out took a very long time, and they clearly were not reading what the provider ordered. She tried to no schedule my mammogram diagnostic appt till January. I said I have to due to an issue. She then said can you do it in Onalaska, I again said that is not what was toold , this should be diagnostic and I should have an ultrasound after. She was still confused, asked her neighbor for help, and scheduled me. When reviewing the appt and the provider order they did not match. I sent a message and the nurse confirmed that the lady did in fact not schedule me for the correct appointment. Someone from the breast center called and rescheduled to fix the mistake. I should not have had to double check everything and had I not I would have been told to reschedule upon arrival or had to come back several times. I am not sure why she could not see the order was different then what she did

Brittany was great with my daughter, very warm, listened attentively, and made her feel comfortable.

The last question should have a choice of n/a because I didn't use any media. Otherwise I'm satisfied.

I was very pleased that I was able to get an appointment. I had never seen this PA before, but she was very, very good and knew what to do.

Brittany was very good at explaining things. She was patient and thorough.

I find my provider very one on one which I really like. Answers all my questions.
