Actually an appointment I enjoyed talking with the provider! She answered my questions and had a wonderful disposition, even a few laughs. I left feeling positive!

Over 30 minute wait for the provider without warning. Understand providers can get backed up, but giving the patient an idea of how long their wait will be could help.

Yes, I was very happy with Brea's help. She's always very nice. She deserves all the praise she gets. And so I'm happy. Everything went fine. She did a good job. So that's all I got to say. I can't get them any better than her. So bye now. Her group has worked real well together. So bye now. Have a good evening.

I was very happy with the way things were explained by Brea this NP. She explained everything far more than any Dr. I have seen in the past.

The constant and weeks in advance reminders by email and text are too much. I don't want to check in for an appointment a week in advance and I don't want to be reminded of the appointment every day by multiple means. A reminder is good but this is too much which leads to me ignoring the messages which means I miss something that is actually important. My Chart is a good tool and easy to use.

First time meeting Brea and she was very professional and very helpful and made me feel at ease and explained everything. I would see her again for sure

Brea was wonderful. I was delighted to hear that she also has worked in physical therapy. She gave me a thorough check up and suggested I go for a few treatments of physical therapy for my arm. I really really liked seeing her.

My NP and nurse treated me with such personal care. I felt that they took the time to listen to my concerns and make the best diagnosis. I felt as I was really a part of the process. The final words from my NP are still repeating in my head, "We've got you!" I feel so fortunate to have access to such amazing health care and health professionals. Thank you!

This experience was amazing. I messaged my primary care provider, with my symptoms and they called me back and did a triage since I could not get into my primary care provider and they found me someone else that I could get in and see right away. Since I was not feeling well, I truly did like this experience. I feel that this was a better way to provide service, with not having to utilize urgent care for the patients that really needed urgent care .

Each time I check in online to let you know I've arrived, the system displays a message that there is an error and to visit the check-in desk. What's the point... if I must check in anyway?
