Parking is definately an issue

Well, on checking in, you have to wait in line about four deep for about 20 minutes to check in when you arrive. After my visit, I was to schedule to see somebody from Medtronics. I went out and went at the reception place out there said they couldn't schedule it. They would get a hold of me in a day or two to set up a schedule. Well, I called back four days later and had to get a hold of scheduling myself. So I'm not very happy with those.

Brandee took the time to explain some very complicated medical information so my husband and I could understand. She was very patient and professional in answering any questions we had. Thank you Brandee!!

I can not express how wonderful, understanding, and smart Brandee was. Ive lived with pain for past 3 months from an awful experience having a MRI at your imaging dept. Brandee listened and diagnosed the cause of my numbness and started the process for an injection and PT. Thank you for a kind knowledgeable provider like her instead of some that blame ANY problem to my weight!

She has a total lack of empathy and doesn't believe your chronic pain that's been going on for years and years.

My chart doesn't work. Never sends a code to my phone so can never answer questions before my appt.

She is so easy to work with and relate to. She put me at ease and was able to get me the relief I needed.

Ths provider is good at developing a plan and letting you know what the next step is if the plan isn't working. One of the most proactive clinicians I've worked with at EH. I felt good leaving knowing there was a plan in place and alternative options available.

NP Brandee did an excellent job in diagnosing and reviewing my numbness and pain in my hands. She's is having me get a EMG soon to help in solving my health issue. Hats off to her kind and professional help.
