I feel like a number at your medical system. It does not feel personal and I do not feel connected to any of the providers I've met with. It be a robotic, and many of them look unhappy. Additionally, it feels like I'm being charged for everything and in an exorbitant rate.

Having all of the schedulers work at home and really not being able to get a hold of them easily at all make things difficult if I didn't have all appointments For pre-op set and post up while I was there.

It would be nice to be able to view imaging on our MyChart like we used to be able to and can on other provider's patient portals.

Dr Fowler explained things to me that made 3 years of struggle all make sense. He also validated the pain I'm in and made me feel like I have a say in my own medical care. I'm so happy with how the whole appointment went. I'm quite grateful to have ended up here.

Dr Fowler diagnosed the problem, but now I need an appointment with radiology for the injection. I'm hoping they call me soon because I'm in a lot of pain.
