It took an hour and 2 minutes from time I got to checked in till I walked out to get a cortisone injection. 5 wait for @ check in ,20 minute wait for Dr. 10 minute visit, 20 minute wait for injection. The powers that be are scheduling Drs. too tight! . Seems like corporate/ bean counters are controlling healthcare not the Drs. Thank you "Emplify " . Ironic empathy is part of the corporate name. Bigger is not better from patients view!

I have seen Dr Fowler for many ortho issues for years. I have never been dissatisfied with his care. He is certainly one of the best.

Dr. Fowler took as much time as needed to explain what my upcoming surgery and rehabilitation and recovery would like .

A very good experience

I feel like a number at your medical system. It does not feel personal and I do not feel connected to any of the providers I've met with. It be a robotic, and many of them look unhappy. Additionally, it feels like I'm being charged for everything and in an exorbitant rate.

Great care

Having all of the schedulers work at home and really not being able to get a hold of them easily at all make things difficult if I didn't have all appointments For pre-op set and post up while I was there.

Everything was great. Just keep doing a great job.

It would be nice to be able to view imaging on our MyChart like we used to be able to and can on other provider's patient portals.

Dr Fowler explained things to me that made 3 years of struggle all make sense. He also validated the pain I'm in and made me feel like I have a say in my own medical care. I'm so happy with how the whole appointment went. I'm quite grateful to have ended up here.
