I was very, very happy with the treatment. They were thorough. I could understand what they were telling me. So overall, it was a 10 experience.

I don't see any room for improvement for my visit anyway, but I really enjoyed everybody and I really enjoyed Brad and his care and his humor and his explanations and options and I would recommend him for anyone. Thank you.

Brad was so very supportive of working with me to understand my feelings about learning to use C-Pap machine I was struggling on its use and he walked me through how to use it and feel comfortable with it

No one was at the desk to check in, so I walked down to the clinic. I tried to pay before leaving, but was told that I had to at the check in desk. So, to leave, I had to walk all the way back down, then out to my car, which was closer to the clinic exit. All this on a sprained ankle. Not very efficient for me nor for the older couple I saw heading towards the clinic carrying their CPAP.

They were very polite and helpful. I felt very comfortable that they were helping me with my problem and got me an appointment very quickly.

Everyone is constrained by the typical. no room for tailoring

Brad was very busy the day of my appointment, but he took time to go over all of my information, explained things to help me in areas I was struggling, and explained how my insurance would work with my supplies. He was very thorough.

I'm always able to schedule my appointments when needed. My questions are always answered by my provider, the person who rooms me. When I call or enteract with schedulers and staff in person, I am always treated with respect and my questions are always ansered.

This was my 1st visit at the Boscobel Clinic. I really loved it there! I felt like they rolled the red carpet out just for me!

Team member at reception desk was very helpful and went out of her way to get my insurance straightened out

Kept getting emails from mychart to do a pre-check in and it wouldn't go past the insurance sectioin.
