    Dr. Blayne Kozelka was very understanding and he work very gentle on my arm that got injured from a car accident. He spoke to me with a format that I can understand. He is someone I will totally recommend to my families and friends.

    I think that he is an outstanding provider. Very welcoming and compassionate and I really appreciated that he had extensive knowledge of my situation before I got there and I didn't have to re-explain everything. The person that checked us in was outstanding as well and really felt welcome. Great job Emplfy!
