Dr. made me feel comfortable and was very good at explaining future treatments and made sure I understood procedures going forward.

Dr. Jordan was excellent. He listened to my explanation of the problem that I have been experiencing and provided me with a possible solution.

This was my first visit with Dr Jordan; he was very welcoming and thorough as he reviewed my medical file. It was a good appointment and I felt very comfortable in discussing my medical information with him.

I am new and expect to learn the "Gundersen system" by asking pertinent questions. That said, everyone was amazingly helpful in anticipating what most patients need to know. Very impressive.

MyChart is not user friendly and is frustrating at times to use.

Internal Medicine was a new department for me. I was able to check in immediately, was called back to the back very soon thereafter, and loved Dr. Jordan. He was very personable, respectful, and thorough. The only challenge, as with the rest of the world, was parking.

I don't quite understand why you believe everyone uses their phone for everything. You want me to check in on my phone and then at the desk when I get there. Seems like double duty. I do not have a lot of apps on my phone for a reason, which includes yours. Checking in at a desk makes more sense to me. I didn't understand the questionnaire by Medicare and thought it quite intrusive.
