He performed the procedures very carefully and explained what he was doing. And as he was going, he took the time to answer questions. We appreciated him very much and thought he had an amazing attitude towards helping us.

Dr Parsons had taken time to review my history prior to seeing me. He helped me to make a decision about whether or not to continue medication and explained things in detail. I felt listened to and had a much better understanding of my condition when I left.

Dr Parsons is thorough and informative. I feel I am getting the best care possible.

Making follow-up appointments is always time-consuming. It was much worse this time. We were attempting to set up imaging in Onalaska. I understand the need for calls to other departments; however, my hope is that this can be made easier by allowing the desk person in any department to use the computer to schedule in other departments and locations. It took over 20 minutes to get that set up. The person we were dealing with apologized for the delay. There was some type of problem with another imaging appointment. This was for the East building. We couldn't make that appointment. While waiting the attendant noticed I needed a follow-up from a video appointment the prior week and made that for us. At the end of the video appointment, I was told I would get a call to set that up but did not receive the call. Later on, A desk attendant in another department noticed we needed the Onalaska imaging department follow-up and made it for us. The problem was solved by then. Both attendants were very observant and noticed we needed follow-ups and made them for them us.

Dr. Parson is a very good doctor. He explained everything to me and he's a great person to talk to.

Dr Parsons knows all of my questions almost before I do. He explains everything so that I really understand...and he cares.

Dr. Parsons is a very kind and caring doctor. And I have great confidence in his medical skills as a doctor as well. He goes the "extra mile" all the time in so many respects in the many years he has been my doctor. He also makes sure that I know I can contact him anytime between scheduled appointments if I feel it is necessary. He is a big factor in my continued good health.

My chart is hard to understand for older people. That's just the way it is. Nothing to do with this provider at all.

I do not understand the reasoning in sending 3 requests (at the same time) to check in electronically for appointments. I find that to be a bit annoying.
