Barbara was wonderful to work with as was the rest of her staff. Even though the department was very busy and a little short handed I was not rushed through the appointment and was provided solid information regarding the situation and a plan was laid out for my situation. Very thankful for that type of care here in the region!

The experience with the heart monitor was not good. The phone reader was always giving error messages with no instructions on what to do. The sensor was at like 30% then in no time went to 1%. It took me 2-3 minutes to snap it off, locate the spare, install it and get the phone to communicate with it. During the day. Everyone seem to think my heart stopped for 3 minutes. The whole monitoring process was terrible. No instructions on how to use, they set it up snd left. I feel decisions were made with bad information.

Barb was so helpful. I had a very scary experience after heart surgery, and she seemed to understand. She also answered all my questions and helped me get further care. She is an excellent provider.

Well, I would have to say my experience with her was just wonderful and she asked a few questions and I asked them rather and she gave me good answers and told me a little bit of follow up and gave me some more literature so she was just number one.

I just want to say that I was treated very, very well again at Gundersen. They got to the bottom of it with an echogram. They did an x-ray. And when I saw Barb, I felt very relieved that nothing was majorly wrong. Barb just clarified everything. She's so dignified and she does her job so beautifully. All of you go above and beyond the call of duty at Gundersen and I'm just most grateful. Thank you again so very, very much. Bye-bye.
