All involved were very caring and courteous - the visit was an excellent experience. As for the question regarding the use of my chart etc - is useless because I do not use my chart.

I always have a great experience and always feel heard and cared for.

I love Avery as a PA. She is very thorough and I always feel heard.

It would really, really help me to have the BUILDING NAME AND FLOOR on the appt reminders and in MyChart. Everything lists an address. That doesn't help. Ex: Founders Building, 4th floor. Main Clinic, 2nd floor, etc.

My Chart is not as easy to sign on to or navigate through as it should be. Many of us are not computer savvy users.

This was my first visit with Avery. She went above and beyond my expectations. She was courteous and knowledgeable. She listened with interest and was very approachable, someone I felt comfortable with and hope to build a trusting relationship with her as we get to know each other. She was just great.

I dont know why she had to put my partner in my chart and I dont feel comfortable with it being in there not knowing who will see it I told her out of confidence but now I will be judged for who I am with

Avery Vos was one of the best providers I have seen at Gundersen in La Crosse! She has a very calming presence and listened without judgement. I felt she was very knowledgeable and took me seriously. She will be the reason I continue to receive care through Gundersen. I also appreciated the nurses/medical assistants that assisted during my visit. Their expertise and conversation contributed to the overall good experience I had. Last, the individuals who checked me in and out were very friendly and helpful, which provided me with a good feeling at the beginning and after the appointment.

Avery Bartyzal is an excellent provider. She listens to me and offers solutions for all of my problems and concerns.

I greatly appreciate that my provider listened well to me and they provided great options for my health moving forward. I appreciate my provider and I will recommend them to others.

Could not get on line when I got there to check in so had to go to the counter, they were very friendly and helped. My appointment went well and I felt like she was listening to me and cared.

Avery was kind and very knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and helped me decide how to navigate my plan for good health in the future.

avery was a good, fun, informative listener. only complaint: it's hard to wait a full year for the next appt!
