video visit wasn't as good as I expected. this was a cople tears ago. I am sure it has improved.

Would like view xrays on my chart

The people are all great and helpful at Gundersen. They all do their best to help us. The automated communication is very annoying. Need to reduce the number of appointment reminders. I get several emails and texts asking me to confirm and check in and then confirm again and then reminding me repeatedly the day of the appointment. Cut it out!

I had a lot of concerns regarding the tibia fracture I have and what options were available. Autumn showed me the xray and CT scan, where the break was and what options I had. She answered all my questions and I was able to make my concerns known. We were able to make a plan of care that would be effective in getting me back walking again, hopefully, with less pain and no surgery involved. She was very knowledgeable and understood my concerns.

Great experience all around. Check in was seamless, the MA was so sweet and I felt very fortunate to have Ms. Valk as my provider that day and for future visits. She knows her stuff.

Lost my driver. Parking is horrible! Then couldn't contact him until figured out how to get on Wi-Fi. Frustrating. The people that handled my appointment all were awesome. Listened and treated me with respect & took good care of me. Just would have appreciated having my support person with me instead of navigating strange place by myself on knee scooter!

All staff on the orthopedics team radiates solid knowledge presented in layman's language. All are caring and and lessens anxiety.

Provider was personable, fun to talk with, knowledgeable, encouraging and empathetic.

Autumn in orthopedics told me what my options were & explained them. She was very informant.
