They answered any questions I asked. Very professional and polite. I could not ask for a better team.

I sent in a concern in the morning and was offered appts within the hour, but they were able to accommodate me and see me in the afternoon. They asked questions prior to booking and I felt relief after being seen. Great work!

provider was very pleasant to work with.

The only disappointing part was I couldn't see the contact specialist right away after my appointment like I always do. I live an hour away and had to schedule another appointment to come back to see her. Never had to do that before. I hope that isn't charged as another appointment.

Okay, I got them trained by now. I've been going there for years. You know, so I bring some pictures to show them and I tell them some good stories. And for the most part, we get along quite well. So looking forward to next year.

I was totally satisfied with my visit. Everything went smoothly and everyone was courteous. I was able to easily schedule my next annual exam and get a copy of my new eye prescription with ease.

Once I got put in a room and the 1st technician did what she needed to do, I waited 30 minutes for the doctor. Would have been nice if somebody had stuck their head in to say she was running late. Or at the very least to see if I was ok, hadn't fallen or needed anything. I think 30 minutes with no contact whatsoever is not right.

This was one of the best eye appointments I have ever had. Doc took care and concern to help with my eye and issues I was having and helping me correct them. Nurse lady was kind and efficient. Proud to be a part of empathy.

The amount of time I spent just sitting there between the first examiner and the optometrist seemed to be unusually long, considering the fact that I had an appointment (unless you schedule two in the same time slot).

I felt that the Optometrist did a good job but the assistant did not. The optometrist did not know that I wore bifocals, a failure of the assistant. Plus, the assistant wasn't listening that I could hardly see anything she was presenting for my new prescription. My visit was almost over with the Optometrist before I could make her understand-she was ready to end my appointment with a prescription that I wouldn't have been happy with. Finally she recommended further evaluation for cataracts. I believe that this was a result of a failure of the assistant to listen

Ashley does a fine job ?

The provider was not very personable. She seemed rushed, and didn't look at me when I asked questions. Was looking at computer. Seemed preoccupied.

The person who did the testing was impatient with doing the testing constantly pushing and pulling my chair and head and sighing as if she wasnt getting the results she wanted. Never had ttouble with any other assistants

Overall excellent! The check in team for the appointment were friendly and efficient. Felt comfortable with the doctor and her assistant.

The optometrist technician was excellent! I did not catch his name, but I want to share how much I appreciate his care with his knowledge, skills, and friendliness.

MyChart isn't always the easiest to navigate. But all the medical professionals I have seen are great!

Great provider and ophthalmic assistants

The merge with Emplify doesn't seem to be going well, based upon our experiences with a significant number of appointments lately. For example, staff time appears to have been cut even shorter and they seem to be rushing through appointments as fast as they can. Also, referrals have not been followed up on. No explanation as to why this is an issue. The great care that was provided previously by Gundersen is in danger of being compromised. In our opinion, Emplify does not appear to be based upon good client care; but rather, on saving money for the organization.

The team was really flexible when I couldn't get an appointment immediately upon running out of contacts, and they were able to help me get contacts until my appointment. And the only thing that I would say would be good to improve would be if they had a machine that I'd used at other clinics that could look at your eyes so you wouldn't have to use the dilating solution, but still get everything done that way.

I can not get into MY Chart, It sends a message "Server error" and will not open.

The visit was solid. The personality is always so flat ... but no matter. Our insurance is changing next month so I will be continuing my care at Mayo

I appreciate the extra effort to expedite my care.

Checking into MyChart has gotten difficult because a 4 digit number is sent to me and you have very little time to see it and send it back! Before your password and birthday were sufficient. So it's very hard or impossible to pre register. A lot of the older generation are not tech savvy or have a land line.

I was very happy with her. She listened to me. She was concerned. And I would definitely suggest her to someone else.
